Established global firm is seeking an experienced partner to join its San Diego office to lead and grow a portable corporate and technology-focused practice with strong IP and transactional capabilities. The role is aimed at a partner who can originate and manage complex M&A, capital markets and technology transactions and advise on IP-related commercial and litigation matters.

The position offers leadership opportunity within a multi-practice group serving technology, life sciences, financial services and energy clients. You will work with cross‑office teams on national and international matters and help expand client relationships in the region.

Proven partner-level experience advising on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions; experience with IP litigation or IP transactions a plus.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Ability to lead teams, collaborate across offices, and develop business in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sectors.
