Senior partner hire to lead and grow corporate and intellectual property litigation work from the firm’s Greenville office. The role will focus on M&A, corporate governance and patent litigation matters across a mix of national clients, with opportunity to work with ERISA/compensation specialists and emerging-growth teams.

The team is seeking a seasoned trial-capable partner with an established portable practice and demonstrable client origination skills. This is a collaborative role that will involve business development, mentoring junior lawyers and developing cross-office opportunities.

Established partner with track record in corporate transactions and/or IP litigation (patent litigation experience preferred).
Proven client development and portable book of business; comfortable leading matters and generating new work.
Strong litigation and/or transactional experience, including trial or contested proceeding exposure for litigation hires.
Ability to collaborate across practice groups (ERISA/benefits, emerging companies) and to mentor associates.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to qualify promptly.
