Senior partner opportunity with a leading national law firm’s Research Triangle Park office. The role is focused on growing corporate and IP practices, with particular emphasis on M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth companies and patent/IP litigation; candidates with experience in ERISA/C&B and mass torts will also be considered.

The firm is looking for lateral partners with a portable practice who can generate new business and collaborate across offices, particularly in the Southeast. The team offers an integrated platform that supports transactional work, contentious IP matters and complex litigation.

Established partner with a demonstrable portable practice or significant client origination record
Deep experience in one or more of: M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth transactions, patent/IP litigation, or ERISA/C&B
Proven ability to work cross-office and to develop client relationships
Track record of leading matters, mentoring teams, and driving business development
