You're expected to manage contested coverage matters through litigation and alternative dispute resolution, provide strategic insurance counseling to clients, and mentor junior team members. Proven partner-level experience in insurance coverage litigation representing policyholders (not insurers)
Track record handling disputed coverage claims and providing insurance counseling
Comfort managing complex litigation, ADR, and supervising associates
Business development experience and ability to grow a portable practice
