Partner, Intellectual Property & Corporate — Research Triangle Park

Senior partner opportunity in a national law firm’s Research Triangle Park office, focused on growing IP (particularly patent litigation) and corporate practices. The role seeks a rainmaker comfortable handling high-stakes patent disputes and leading corporate transactions and governance matters.

The firm is prioritizing candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable book of business and welcomes partners able to collaborate across offices in the Southeast and beyond. Expect a partner role with significant autonomy to build and cross-sell work into litigation, corporate, and related practice areas.

• Established partner-level experience in intellectual property litigation and/or corporate transactions.
• Portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred.
• Proven ability to originate and manage complex matters and to develop client relationships across offices.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to work from the Research Triangle Park office.
