The firm is expanding nationally and seeks a partner to strengthen client-facing capabilities and originate work across corporate, capital markets and technology-focused sectors. The role suits an experienced partner with an established, portable practice and proven ability to lead transactions and develop business.

Partner-level experience in corporate/M&A, capital markets or technology transactions, with relevant IP experience preferred
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice desirable
Strong commercial judgment and transaction execution skills (M&A, issuer-side capital markets, or tech deals)
Ability to lead deal teams, mentor associates and collaborate across cross-functional groups
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
