Major international law firm is seeking a partner to help grow a cross-practice corporate and technology offering from its Atlantic City office. The role will focus on M&A and capital markets work for emerging-growth and established technology, life‑sciences and financial‑services clients, supported by a national platform.

The position also interfaces with the firm’s intellectual property and litigation teams on IP disputes and technology‑related transactional work. The successful candidate will have a leadership orientation — able to originate and develop client relationships, win new engagements and mentor junior lawyers.

Partner-level experience in M&A and/or capital markets, with complementary experience in technology transactions or IP litigation.
Proven business development and client‑origination record; a portable practice is welcome.
Experience leading deal teams and supervising associates; comfortable working with a national/international platform.
Active bar admission and ability to work from the Atlantic City office.
