A leading global law firm is seeking a partner to join its Baltimore office to help lead and grow corporate and technology-related practices. The role will focus on M&A, capital markets, emerging-growth and technology transactions, with cross-over into intellectual property and related litigation matters.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team and work closely with colleagues across U.S. and international offices. This is a business-building role: a portable practice or proven client origination track record is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions, with exposure to IP-related matters or IP litigation.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Experience advising clients in sectors such as technology, life sciences, financial services or energy preferred.
Strong leadership and collaborative skills; comfort working across offices and practice groups.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the U.S.
