Partner — Corporate, IP & Technology (Washington, D.C.)

Leading law firm seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead a cross-practice corporate and technology offering from the Washington, D.C. office. The role will combine M&A and capital markets work with technology transactions and intellectual property litigation/transactional work.

The partner will join a national and international platform and work closely with corporate, IP and technology teams across offices to originate and execute cross-border and domestic matters for clients in technology, life sciences, financial services and energy.

• Established partner-level background in M&A and capital markets, with significant experience on corporate transactions
• Track record in technology transactions and/or IP litigation or IP-related commercial work
• Proven client origination and relationship-building skills; a portable practice is welcome
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across offices on cross-border matters
