Major international law firm is recruiting a partner to help expand its Raleigh corporate team with a focus on M&A, private equity and capital markets work for life sciences, healthcare and technology clients. The role will combine deal work with client development and practice leadership as the office grows.

The hire will collaborate with national and sector teams across corporate, technology and IP disciplines, and may advise on tech transactions and related IP or litigation risk where relevant. The firm welcomes candidates who can bring a portable practice or contribute materially to business origination.

Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions (M&A/PE) and capital markets; strong sector experience in life sciences, healthcare or technology.
Proven track record of originating and driving client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Ability to work cross-functionally with IP, technology and litigation teams and to lead or grow a regional practice group.
Excellent commercial judgment, business development skills and team leadership.
