Nationally-recognized international law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its Baltimore corporate and commercial litigation capability. The role combines high-value corporate transactional work with significant commercial litigation matters across regulated and commercial sectors.

Search is focused on established teams or partner hires with a demonstrable track record in private equity, M&A and complex commercial disputes — particularly where candidates bring sector expertise in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive. Preference will be given to hires who can immediately contribute client relationships and help build transactional volume.

The group works regularly with clients and matters across major U.S. markets and international financial centres; this role will have a clear business-development remit and strategic involvement in cross-jurisdictional matters.

Proven partner-level experience handling both corporate transactions (M&A, private equity, venture) and complex commercial litigation.
Sector experience in one or more of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive.
Demonstrable track record of originating or significantly developing client relationships; ability to bring or rapidly build a portable book of business.
Comfort working on cross-border matters and collaborating with teams across US and international offices.
Preference for hires as teams or partners with consistent career movement; firms with extensive recent moves may be less competitive.
