Searches are focused on bringing established teams or senior laterals who can immediately contribute to transactional and litigation capacity. The team operates cross-border matters and works with market-leading clients, so multijurisdictional experience is highly valued.

Established partner or team with demonstrable track record in M&A, corporate governance and transactional matters
Substantial experience handling complex commercial litigation matters
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Experience leading teams and working on cross-border matters (U.S./Europe/UK) and serving clients in targeted sectors
