Partner — Corporate & Litigation, Minneapolis

Senior transactional and litigation partners (or multi-lawyer teams) are sought for a leading international firm’s Minneapolis office to expand both commercial litigation and corporate deal capabilities. The role prioritizes groups with established, portable practices rather than single hires and is focused on growing cross-border work and high-value domestic matters.

Ideal candidates will have experience handling private equity, venture capital and M&A engagements alongside complex commercial litigation, and will be comfortable serving clients across regulated sectors such as life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and the automotive industry. The team will support and originate matters across major U.S. and international markets.

• Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or complex commercial litigation.
• Track record advising on private equity, venture capital and M&A matters and managing high-stakes commercial disputes.
• Sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive preferred.
• Preference for teams or partners with demonstrable portable business and the ability to originate work across multiple markets.
• Demonstrated ability to work on cross-border matters and coordinate with offices in other U.S. and international financial centers.
