Top-tier international firm is recruiting a lateral partner to strengthen an integrated transactional and commercial litigation offering in its San Francisco office. The role sits at the intersection of high-value M&A/transactional work and bet-the-company commercial disputes across regulated and technology-driven sectors.

The team seeks candidates (or preferably whole teams) with a proven ability to originate and sustain a substantial, portable practice and to work cross‑border with colleagues across the firm's key markets. Practice sectors of focus include life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

Established partner-level experience in both complex corporate transactions (M&A/transactional work) and high-stakes commercial litigation.
Demonstrable origination track record and a meaningful portable book of business; team moves are preferred.
Experience advising clients across regulated/technology sectors and working on cross-border matters.
Stable career history with a limited number of firm changes and the ability to integrate into a large international platform.
