Senior lawyer hire to join a large international corporate team in Chicago with an active practice across M&A, private equity, and capital markets. The role will also work with emerging-growth and technology transaction matters and collaborate closely with IP and litigation colleagues on transactional and dispute-related issues.

The team serves clients across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors. The role is suited to an experienced partner able to originate and lead significant transactions, integrate with cross-practice deal teams, and help grow the Chicago market presence.

Experienced partner with a proven track record in M&A and capital markets (issuer-side and private equity transactions)
Experience advising technology companies and/or on technology-related transactions preferred
Proven business development and client origination skills; portable practice or demonstrable book of business welcomed
Ability to lead teams on cross-practice matters involving IP, litigation or regulatory considerations
