Leading international practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas corporate team focused on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role will work across corporate, finance and technology matters and collaborate with IP and sector-focused groups (life sciences, technology, financial services, energy).

Ideal candidates will be experienced deal lawyers who can lead transactions, originate new business and work closely with cross‑office teams. This is an opportunity to join a large, multi‑practice platform with national and international deal flow and established client relationships.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate M&A and/or capital markets, including technology transactions.
Track record of leading transactions and managing teams across offices.
Portable client relationships and demonstrated business development ability.
Strong sector experience in one or more of: technology, life sciences, financial services or energy.
Excellent communication and client-management skills for high‑value, cross‑border matters.
