The team handles sizeable, cross-border and domestic transactions in a collaborative, partner-led environment. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and scope to shape business development initiatives in the region.

Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable capacity to originate and develop client relationships are encouraged to apply; the firm is open to partners who can bring or expand a transaction-focused book of business.

Established partner with proven M&A/transactional experience.
Track record of originating or materially contributing to corporate deals and client development.
Strong technical skills in purchase agreements, asset and stock transactions, and related corporate documentation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across practices and offices.
