Senior corporate partner role in a Dallas office of a national law firm. The position will lead complex mergers & acquisitions and other transactional matters, advise boards on governance issues, and work with cross‑office deal teams on regional and national transactions.

Established partner with significant experience in M&A and corporate transactions
Demonstrable client development and relationship management skills; portable practice preferred
Strong commercial judgment, board-level advisory experience, and transaction execution skills
Excellent written and oral communication; ability to lead deal teams and mentor associates
Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in the US
