Partner — Corporate & M&A, Dubai

Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its corporate practice in Dubai with a primary focus on M&A, corporate governance and transactional work. The role will handle cross-border and domestic corporate transactions for a diverse client base across the region.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to develop and maintain senior client relationships, advise on complex deals and contribute to business development efforts in the UAE and wider Middle East.

• Established partner-level lawyer with significant experience in M&A, corporate governance and corporate transactional work.
• Proven track record of advising on cross-border and domestic transactions in the UAE or wider Middle East.
• Demonstrable client-facing experience and ability to originate or bring a portable practice is desirable.
• Strong commercial judgment, leadership and business development capability.
