Seeking a partner to join a busy Seattle office with an established national and international corporate and disputes practice. The role will sit at the intersection of M&A, capital markets and technology-focused matters, with regular exposure to IP disputes and transactional work across life sciences, financial services and energy sectors.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a cross-practice team, take a visible role in client development, and work on sophisticated deals and contested matters for corporate and institutional clients. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is expected; exact thresholds will depend on seniority.

Senior partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets and/or corporate finance; experience with technology and life sciences clients advantageous
Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading multi-disciplinary teams
Experience managing or partnering with IP litigation teams on technology-related disputes preferred
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
