Senior corporate partner opportunity to join a busy Minneapolis corporate/M&A team. The role will focus on leading mid- to large‑scale transactional matters, advising on mergers, asset and stock purchases, and other commercial transactions.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role within the group, work closely with deal teams across practices, and help develop business in the region. A portable practice or established client relationships are welcome.

Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
Proven record of originating and managing complex deals and leading teams.
Demonstrable client development skills; portable practice preferred.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
