Leading national law firm is hiring a partner to join its New York corporate team. The role will focus on corporate M&A, private equity and capital markets work, with opportunities to advise technology, life sciences, energy and financial‑services clients. The group also handles technology transactions and intellectual‑property litigation and related transactional matters.

The office is experiencing growth and seeks a partner who can contribute to and expand a portable practice. Candidates may join as part of an established team or as an individual contributor; cross‑office and cross‑practice collaboration is encouraged.

Competitive partner terms will be offered to candidates with a demonstrable track record in M&A, capital markets or emerging‑company transactions and a transferable client base.
