Partner — Corporate / M&A, Paris

Senior corporate partner role based in Paris with a well-established international corporate practice. The role will lead complex transactional work across M&A, private equity and related corporate matters, advising institutional and sponsor clients.

The team covers a range of specialisms including fund formation, joint ventures, capital markets and structured finance; the partner will drive origination, execute high-value transactions and mentor junior lawyers.

Applicants should have an existing, portable practice and demonstrable track record of generating and managing significant client relationships.

• Established partner-level track record in corporate / M&A and private equity transactions
• Proven business development and client origination capabilities with a portable practice
• Experience leading deal teams and managing complex cross-border matters
• Ability to work within an international, transaction-focused team
