Leading international firm is seeking a partner to join its Paris corporate/M&A team. The role focuses on advising on domestic and cross-border M&A and related corporate matters for a range of corporate clients.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role in the Paris office, working on complex transactional work and helping to grow the practice locally and internationally.

Established partner-level experience in corporate and M&A transactions
Proven track record of originating and managing client work; portable practice/book of business required
Experience leading deal teams on cross-border matters
Strong client relationship and business development skills
