Leading international law firm seeks a Paris‑based corporate partner to join its established M&A team. The role combines cross‑border transactional work with a focus on energy matters across Africa.

The partner will work closely with an experienced corporate group and lead major deals and strategic mandates. The team values candidates who bring a demonstrable portable practice and proven client relationships in the energy sector.

• Established partner with significant M&A experience on cross‑border transactions
• Proven track record in energy projects and transactions, ideally with experience in African markets
• Portable book of business and demonstrable client relationships
• Fluency in French and English; admission or eligibility to practise in France preferred
