Leading international firm is seeking a senior corporate partner to join its Houston office to strengthen the M&A and private equity practice. The role will focus on originating and leading complex buy-side and sell-side transactions across industry sectors.

The team advises sponsors, corporates and strategic buyers on mid-market through large-scale transactions. The successful candidate will play a visible business development and practice-management role while collaborating with other US and international offices.

Established partner with deep M&A and private equity transaction experience
Proven track record of originating and managing a portable practice / client relationships
Demonstrated ability to lead deal teams and drive business development
Active US bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
