Leading global law firm seeks a senior corporate partner to join its New York M&A and private equity practice. The role focuses on high-value domestic and cross-border transactions across private equity, buyouts and strategic M&A.

The team is active on complex deal work and prize transactional matters, and is looking for an established partner able to originate and lead transactions, mentor junior lawyers and strengthen client relationships. This is an opportunity to join a deep, market-leading practice platform in New York.

We welcome candidates with an existing, portable transactional practice and demonstrable client relationships.

Proven track record advising on private equity and M&A transactions at partner level
Portable practice / demonstrable client relationships and origination capability
Experience leading deal teams and managing complex, cross-border transactions
Excellent commercial judgment and strong client-development skills
Qualified to practise in the relevant US jurisdiction (New York admission preferred)
