Senior partner-level opening for an experienced corporate lawyer to join a major international practice in Singapore. The role focuses on leading M&A and private equity mandates, advising institutional and corporate clients across cross-border transactions and complex infrastructure-related deals.

The successful candidate will lead and grow a portable practice, manage client relationships and deal teams, and contribute to business development in the region. This is a front‑facing partner role within a large, international firm.

Established partner-level track record in corporate transactions, with substantial experience in M&A and private equity.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships and a portable practice.
Experience managing deal teams and executing cross-border transactions in Asia, preferably with Singapore experience.
Admission or eligibility to practise in the relevant jurisdiction and strong commercial judgment.
