Leading international firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its restructuring practice in Singapore. The role focuses on restructuring and insolvency work with a strong technology and TMT angle.

The partner will take a visible leadership role within the team, drive business development, and act on cross-border matters in the region. This is a front-facing role for a lawyer with an established client following and experience advising creditors, companies and stakeholders in restructurings.

Proven partner-level restructuring practice in Singapore or the region
Track record advising on technology-related restructurings or matters with a tech/TMT element
Established portable client base and demonstrable business development ability
Strong leadership and cross-border coordination skills
