Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Riyadh

We are seeking a senior corporate partner to join a well-established international practice in Riyadh. The role will lead complex M&A and transactional mandates, advise on corporate governance matters, and manage cross-border deals for regional and international clients.

The successful candidate will help grow and manage a team, develop client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of originating and sustaining client work is welcome.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Demonstrable experience advising on corporate governance and transactional matters.
• Ability to lead deal teams and manage client relationships across multiple jurisdictions.
• Track record of originating or maintaining client work; portable practice welcomed.
• Admission or ability to practice in relevant jurisdictions and strong commercial judgment.
