Seeking a partner to lead and grow a corporate transactional practice in the firm's Scottsdale office. The role focuses on M&A and related transactional matters, advising buyers, sellers and sponsors across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will join an established corporate team, taking responsibility for originating and executing deals, supervising associates and collaborating with colleagues across practices and offices. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.

Established partner-level track record in M&A and corporate transactions.
Proven business development and client-originating ability or an immediately portable practice.
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
