Established national law firm is seeking a corporate partner to join its Scottsdale office and strengthen its transactional team. The role is client-facing and focuses on leading M&A and other corporate transactions, advising boards and senior management on governance matters, and supporting business development in the region.

The successful candidate will lead deal execution, manage and mentor associates, and help grow a portable practice. This is an opportunity to take responsibility for high‑value mandates while working with a multidisciplinary team across the firm’s US platform.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
Demonstrable ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Track record leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Admission to the relevant state bar and authorization to practice in the U.S.
