Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow finance and corporate work from the Scottsdale office. The role will focus on transactional matters for investment and asset management clients and on developing a regional practice across related corporate and fund matters.

The team seeks a hands-on partner who will originate business, manage client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrated business development record in investment/asset management is highly valued.

Established partner with substantial experience in finance, banking or corporate transactional work, ideally including investment and asset management matters.
Proven business development ability and experience running a portable practice or producing significant client origination.
Track record of supervising and mentoring associates and leading deal teams.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to transfer admission.
