Litigation Partner — Scottsdale

Seeking a seasoned litigation partner to join a busy regional practice in Scottsdale. The role will lead complex civil and commercial disputes across state and federal courts, manage senior associates and support business development in the region.

The successful candidate will take a client-facing leadership role, handling high-stakes matters, developing strategic litigation plans, and expanding relationships with existing and new clients. This position offers a platform to grow a litigation practice within a well-resourced firm.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of leading significant civil/commercial litigation matters
• Active admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain)
• Experience supervising teams and developing client relationships
