Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Silicon Valley

Senior corporate partner role for a well-established national law firm seeking an experienced M&A practitioner to join its Silicon Valley office. The role focuses on leading complex transactional work across M&A and other corporate matters, advising emerging and middle-market companies and their investors.

The team handles the full deal lifecycle, including structuring, negotiation and closing, and advises on governance matters. The position offers a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for originating and managing significant transactions and mentoring junior lawyers.

Candidates should have a portable practice and demonstrated ability to bring and grow client relationships; business-development capability will be important to success in this role.

• Proven partner-level M&A/transactional experience in a law firm environment
• Track record of leading complex deals and advising on corporate governance
• Portable client relationships or demonstrable origination capacity
• Strong client development, team leadership and mentoring skills
