Partner — Corporate / M&A

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a transactional corporate practice with an emphasis on M&A and private equity. The role will work across industry sectors and be supported by a national platform with strong sector-focused teams.

Preferred candidates will have an established, portable practice and a track record of originating and executing middle‑to‑large sized transactions. The position offers opportunity to develop client relationships across healthcare & life sciences, energy, and technology.

• Proven partner-level transactional experience in M&A and private equity.
• Established, portable book of business and demonstrable origination capabilities.
• Sector alignment with healthcare & life sciences, energy, or technology preferred.
• Excellent client development, team leadership, and deal management skills.
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and JD or equivalent.
