Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles corporate team. The role will focus on M&A and capital markets work, with significant opportunity to lead technology transactions and advise emerging-growth and life-sciences/technology clients.

Ideal candidates will have an established transactional practice, experience advising issuers and sponsors on complex deals, and the ability to win and manage client relationships. The team values collaborative leaders who can originate work and integrate across IP, litigation and finance practices.

Partner-level transactional experience in M&A and/or capital markets
Proven track record on technology transactions and/or emerging-growth matters
Demonstrable client development and a portable practice or business-generating capability
Experience leading deal teams and working with cross-practice groups (IP, litigation, finance)
Bar admission and good standing in the relevant jurisdiction
