Senior corporate partner role based in Abu Dhabi for an international law practice seeking to strengthen its M&A and transactional capability in the Gulf. The role focuses on advising on cross-border corporate transactions, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work for regional and international clients.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in originating and executing complex deals across the Middle East, working with an experienced local team and senior stakeholders. This is an opportunity to shape and grow a market-facing corporate practice in the region.

Established partner-level track record in M&A and corporate transactions.
Experience advising on cross-border deals in the Gulf region (UAE/Qatar experience an advantage).
Proven client origination and relationship-development skills; a portable practice or ability to bring new mandates is welcome.
Qualified to practise in a relevant jurisdiction or demonstrably able to advise on regional matters.
