Partner — Corporate (M&A / Transactional) — Atlanta

Established national law firm is seeking a corporate partner to join its Atlanta office to lead and expand M&A and other transactional work. The role involves originating and managing complex deals, mentoring junior lawyers, and working closely with cross-practice teams on client solutions.

The successful candidate will have an established transactional practice, a track record of client development, and the ability to build relationships in the region. Portable business is welcome and will be considered in evaluating fit.

• Partner-level transactional experience with a focus on M&A and related corporate work
• Proven business development and client-management skills; portable practice preferred
• Experience supervising associates and collaborating across practice groups
• Active bar admission in Georgia (or willingness to achieve admission)
• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and strong academic and professional credentials
