Partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions
Proven track record leading deals and managing client relationships
Demonstrable business development skills; a portable practice is welcome
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management abilities
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
