Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Dubai corporate team with a focus on M&A and transactional work. The role will involve leading cross-border acquisitions, disposals and complex corporate transactions for regional and international clients.

The successful candidate will join an established, full-service practice and work closely with colleagues across offices in the region. This is a client-facing role with significant deal responsibility and opportunity to grow a commercial transactional practice in the UAE market.

Established partner-level M&A/transactional experience (regional or international matters)
Proven ability to lead transactions and manage deal teams
Portable client relationships / demonstrable business development capability
Eligible to practise in the UAE or able to work under local regulatory arrangements; excellent commercial English
