Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Philadelphia corporate practice. The role focuses on M&A and transactional work, corporate governance, and advising middle-market and public-company clients across industries.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to contribute both substantively on transactions and commercially through client development. This is a partner-level opening for an experienced corporate lawyer with an existing transactional practice.

Established partner with significant transactional/M&A and corporate governance experience
Track record of leading deal teams and managing client relationships
Demonstrable business development ability and a portable practice or client relationships
Active admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work from the Philadelphia office
