Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its corporate team in Raleigh. The role focuses on M&A and corporate transactional work, including deal execution and corporate governance matters for public and private clients.

The successful candidate will lead transactions, manage junior lawyers, and work closely with practice leaders across offices. A portable practice or history of client origination is welcome and will be considered in assessing fit.

Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions
Proven track record of leading deals and supervising associates
Strong client development and relationship-management skills; portable business welcomed
Bar admission and good standing in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
