Partner — Corporate (M&A & Transactional) — Raleigh

Senior corporate partner opportunity with a global law firm’s Raleigh corporate practice. The role focuses on leading M&A and transactional matters, advising boards and senior management on corporate governance, and driving complex cross-border and domestic transactions.

The team handles a broad range of corporate work for public and private clients; the successful hire will work closely with colleagues across offices to originate and execute deals and to expand the practice locally. A portable corporate practice or demonstrable client relationships are desirable.

• Established partner with significant experience leading M&A and transactional matters.
• Track record advising on corporate governance and representing boards or senior management.
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills; a portable practice is advantageous.
• Ability to lead teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions and collaborate with national/international colleagues.
• Bar admission or eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
