Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its corporate practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on M&A and transactional work, advising corporate clients on strategic transactions and governance matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling complex, high-value deals and will play a key role in originating and managing client relationships. This is an opportunity to grow a portable practice within a broad corporate platform.

• Demonstrable experience originating and managing client matters; portable business preferred
