Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Washington, D.C.

Senior corporate partner role in a busy Washington, D.C. office focusing on M&A, transactional work and corporate governance. The position will lead complex transactions, advise boards and senior executives, and manage cross-functional deal teams.

We are looking for a partner who can immediately contribute to the practice: originating and expanding client relationships, executing high-value transactions, and mentoring junior lawyers. The role offers a platform to develop a portable practice and collaborate with national and international colleagues.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactional matters.
• Proven track record of originating and leading deals and managing deal teams.
• Strong business development skills and the ability to grow a portable practice.
• Excellent client-facing, negotiation and drafting abilities; experience advising boards and senior management.
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain it.
