Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Washington, D.C.

Established corporate practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office and lead sophisticated M&A and transactional work. The team advises on cross-border and domestic deals for public and private clients across multiple sectors.

The role requires a partner who will originate and manage matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups. A substantial portable practice is preferred; candidates should be able to demonstrate existing client relationships and a track record of bringing in new business.

• Partner-level experience in M&A and complex transactional matters
• Proven origination record and ability to bring client relationships
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
• Admitted (or able to be admitted) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and authorized to work in the U.S.
