Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Wilmington

Seeking a senior corporate partner to join a well-established national firm’s Wilmington corporate group. The role focuses on M&A and complex transactional work, advising public and private company clients across a range of industries.

The position offers a chance to lead client engagements, develop transactional strategy and governance advice, and collaborate with cross-office teams on regional and national matters. The team handles deals of varying sizes and values a commercially minded, client-focused approach.

• Established corporate/M&A partner with a demonstrated record of leading transactions.
• Portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred.
• Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills; experience with corporate governance matters a plus.
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
