Senior corporate partner opportunity in the Denver office of a prominent national law firm. The role focuses on leading M&A and corporate transactions for middle-market and strategic clients, advising on deal execution and corporate governance issues.

The successful candidate will join an established corporate team and be expected to advise on complex transactional matters, develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. There is flexibility to bring a portable practice; candidates with an established client pipeline will be considered.

Proven partner-level M&A/transactional experience
Track record of originating or leading transactions and developing client relationships
Ability to manage and mentor associates and work collaboratively with cross-practice teams
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
