The team handles a broad range of transactional matters across industries; the successful candidate will build and lead deal teams, drive business development initiatives, and work closely with colleagues in other offices.

Proven partner-level M&A / transactional practice with a track record of leading deals
Demonstrable client development capability; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Strong technical skills in corporate governance and transactional documentation
Experience managing and mentoring associates and collaborating across offices
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in Florida
